I've worked with a leather factory to get a batch of shift boots made from a mirror image of a LHD template. They're made from soft PU leather to allow maximum flexibility (not a cost cutting measure, this material is more expensive than genuine leather) and have a matte finish that looks great. The trim ring is 3D printed from ASA to resist high interior temperatures and snaps into place neatly.
