Diverge 3D won’t distribute your uploaded files without your permission. We also won’t use your uploaded CAD models to create products available for purchase without your permission. However, we may use images/videos of CAD models and completed 3D prints as promotional material. If you do not wish for any images related to your uploaded designs or completed prints to be shared, please let us know.

If you are uploading CAD models created by someone else, ensure you have gained approval from the creator(s) to use the models. If you are engaging our 3D printing services to produce sellable products, ensure you have gained approval from the creator(s) of the source models for purposes of sale. Diverge 3D is not responsible for any damages incurred by any party for breaches of license(s) or unlawful use of models.

Diverge 3D retains all rights to the intellectual property (IP) we create during and after your engagement with us (such as CAD files, concept sketches or g-code). If we believe any of this IP has commercial potential, we may use part or all of it to create purchasable products. If you wish for the IP created during your involvement with us to remain confidential and inaccessible to others, please submit an NDA for us to review before commencing work. Quoted fees for our services may vary in this case.
