Tired of other drivers not letting you change lanes? The indicators on the 90 Series Prado are very low mounted, and even with a lift kit, they're often still out of sight for cars driving close behind you. This kit includes everything you need to get the in-body indicators working at the top of the taillight units on your 90 Series. This job can be done in under two hours with a few basic tools and a Dremel/drill.
This kit is designed for Prados with clear or orange top lenses in the taillight units. If your vehicle has red top lenses, be aware that the colour of the indicator light may not appear amber as is required. For red lenses, you may find a green-tinted T20 bulb provides the right colour output, but it can be difficult to get right. It's usually best to just swap the taillight units for ones with clear or orange top lenses.
You can view the installation method for this kit here.
Please note: This kit adds extra bulbs to the indicator circuit - it is not designed to replace the lower bumper indicator lights. Once fitted, you should have a total of four indicator bulbs active on the rear of the vehicle. Double check everything functions correctly before driving.
